I am absolutely astonished by the amount of work you must have laid down in this project of yours! And with my favorite TV-series, too!
I don't know if I will be able to help you with the Norwegian parts, but do you have anything at all here? Soundtrack from any episode? I can contact the channel that this show aired on when I was younger and ask them if they will be able to air it again. I have also found one DVD here:

I am a member there, so I could perhaps order it, only I don't know how to rip a DVD :/
I really hope you will be able to continue with this project, and if you'd like, I can keep you updated on the Norwegian series and wether I find anything or not :) If I find them, I could help with translating too.
